Our director Ray Gutoski is an author, life coach and business motivator. He teaches happiness, motivation and empowerment workshops for  teens, college students, adults and businesses.

He is a member of the International Positive Psychology Association and the International Association of Life Coaches. He studied education at the State University of New York at Stony Brook and did graduate studies in education at Teachers College at Columbia University- one of the best graduate schools for educators in the world. He is also the founder of several nonprofit organizations devoted to inspiring, motivating and teaching teens, college students,  adults and people in adult and youth correctional facilities to increase happiness, motivation and the results that they experience in every area of their lives.
